TBM Trade-in Campaign Terms & Conditions
TBM Trade-in Campaign ("Campaign”) is organized by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (“TBM”) (494355-D) and governed by the terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by TBM.
By participating in the Campaign, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms applicable and available on TBM, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY
1. The Campaign is open to all customers who are 18 years old and above.
2. The Campaign is eligible to customers who purchase the selected items at TBM.
3. Customers must meet the minimum eligibility criteria specified by the TBM to qualify for the rebate.
4. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of the customer’s eligibility to participate in the Campaign. TBM further reserves the right to cancel eligibility under this Campaign without prior notice.
TRADE-IN MECHANISM
4. The is applicable to the purchase of selected appliances from brands and categories chosen for the campaign period.
5. The Campaign applies to all TBM Stores (refer to https://bit.ly/TBMstores).
6. The Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with any existing discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated.
7. TBM reserves the right to postpone/hold the collection of old appliances, issue vouchers, or cancel the trade-in order in the event of the following:
i. Customer provides incomplete or inaccurate information.
ii. Misdeclaration of information regarding trade-in appliance condition
iii. Customer makes a last-minute decision not to surrender the existing trade-in appliance.
iv. Customer requests despatch to collect a different appliance rather than what has been declared during the point of sale.
v. Last-minute rescheduling or cancellation by the customer (subject to additional charges)
8. Customers who are eligible for this Campaign may be entitled to enjoy either of the following benefits, depending on the promotion mechanism at the time of purchase,
i. TBM CASH VOUCHER
ii. 5,000 Axtra Points for Axtra Rewards members
iii. Trade-in rebate
iv. Free delivery within the Klang Valley area
9. Customers are to refer to the promotion mechanism at the time of offer.
TBM CASH VOUCHER
9. Within 14 days of the redemption form's error-free submission, TBM will send the Cash Voucher to the eligible customer or contact the customer for pickup from a designated location.
10. TBM Cash Vouchers are not refundable and exchangeable for cash or other rewards under any circumstances and are valid for a single transaction only.
11. TBM Cash Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with a sale or other special promotions.
12. TBM Cash Vouchers are only valid for use until the expiry date specified on the respective voucher. Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
14. TBM retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
15. TBM is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged/destroyed, unused, or expired vouchers and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

TRADE-IN REBATE
19. The value of the trade-in rebate will be reflected on the promotion mechanism and the decision of the trade-in value is final and non-negotiable.
20. The trade-in rebate amount may be provided in the form of a discount, cashback, or instant rebate, as specified in the campaign.
COLLECTION OF TRADE-IN ITEM
21. Customers are entitled to enjoy the trade-in rebate by either
a) arranging for collection of the trade-in item by TBM’s delivery team at the time of delivery of the purchased item, or
b) dropping-off the product at any TBM outlets (refer to https://bit.ly/TBMstores).
Collection during Delivery
22. TBM’s delivery team will collect the trade-in item after they deliver the purchased unit to the customer's location.
23. TBM’s delivery team reserves the right to reject the item to be collected depending on its conditions.
Self-service
24. Customers can bring and drop-off their trade-in item at any TBM outlets at he time of purchase to be entitled for the trade-in promotion.
DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
27. By participating in the Campaign, customers fully and unconditionally agree to and accept the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
28. By providing personal data, a customer is indicating that he/she has read, understood, and agreed that his/her personal data will be recorded, stored, or otherwise processed in accordance with TBM’s Privacy Policy available at https://shop.tbm.com.my/policies/privacy-policy.
29. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and disputes directly or indirectly arising from these Terms and Conditions and/or this offer shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
