What is Superheated Steam?
Superheated steam is invisible nano-sized particles with over 100 C temperature, which allows deeper penetration and results in faster cooking time.
Superheated Steam vs Normal Steam
1) Superheated Steam exceeds 100 C, Normal Steam below 100 C.
2) Superheated Steam does not quickly turn to water drops and it is invisible. Normal steam quickly turns into fine water drops and it is visible.
