3. Customers who participate during the promotion period are entitled to:
(a) Lock & Save selected product at up to 75% OFF
(b) Pay just a RM50 deposit to reserve

4. Lock & Save Registration Period: 27 June - 10 July 2025, until 11:59 PM.

6. Collection & Balance Payment from 18 July – 3 August 2025, only at TBM IOI Mall Damansara.
7. If a customer opts not to purchase the reserved item, the RM50 deposit is convertible into store credit (valid on normal-priced items only).
8. Lock & Save products are available on a first-come, first-served basis – no reservations will be held after the event period ends.
9. All Lock & Save products must be claimed in person at the event; no third-party collection is allowed.
10. The RM50 deposit cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable to another person.
11. No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed once a Lock & Save is confirmed.
12. Customers must present the Sales Order (proof of reservation) during collection.
13. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier delay, stock damage), TBM reserves the right to replace the product with a similar product of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
14. Products reserved through Lock & Save are not eligible for additional promotions, vouchers, or discounts during the event.
15. The Offer is available while stocks last or on a first-come, first-served basis.
