TBM x Blueair 30 Days Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions
1. TBM x Blueair 30 Days Money Back Guarantee "Offer" is organized by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) in partnership with Blueair and is governed by these terms and conditions, along with any accompanying details and guidelines (if any) as issued by TBM.
2. The products eligible for this offer and the details of the applicable guarantee period can be found at Blueair Collection. TBM and Blueair "We" reserve the right to withdraw the offer with 30 days’ notice at any time.
3. This offer is open to individuals who have purchased an eligible Blueair product and have used it in accordance with the operating instructions for a minimum of THREE (3) weeks. If you are not satisfied with the results after THREE (3) weeks of using the product, you may apply for a money-back refund in accordance with these terms and conditions.
4. To qualify for this offer, customers must:
(a) Install the Blueair app and connect it to the Blueair HealthProtect series, DustMagnet series, Classic series, or CabinAir P2i model.
(b) Place the Blueair Air Purifier in a recommended room size with a minimum of five (5) air changes per hour.
5. The guarantee period starts from the date of purchase.
6. If you are not satisfied with the product within the guarantee period, please return it to any TBM outlets along with the following:
(a) The original receipt (photocopies will not be accepted) as proof of purchase.
(b) The Blueair product, including accessories and packaging box, in good condition.
(c) The completed Money Back Guarantee (MBG) Claim e-Form, which is attached to these terms and conditions.
7. The returned product must be received by TBM within the guarantee period.
8. The "Money back" refund will be paid via online transfer for the net price paid (excluding any promotions or discounts) within 30 working days of receipt of the product and completed documentation.
9. Each eligible customers may only make a maximum of ONE (1) claim per product.
10. We cannot accept responsibility for claims that are lost or delayed in the post, or for incomplete or illegible forms. Proof of posting will not be considered as proof of delivery.
11. please ensure that the returned product is adequately packaged and protected to prevent transit damage. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund the cost of rectifying any loss or damage to the product.
12. We will not be liable for any additional costs associated with the return, proof of delivery, or transportation of the product.
13. This offer is intended for consumer use only and is not recommended for commercial or industrial use.
14. This is a consumer promotion only and does not apply to retailers or wholesalers.
15. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions run by Blueair in respect of the product.
16. This offer is applicable only to purchases made in TBM Malaysia.
17. This offer can only be redeemed directly with TBM Malaysia.
18. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to any events beyond our control.
19. The Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice whenever deemed necessary.
