Make an online order since 17/9 10:24 am, now already 1 week but I still dont know when can I get my item, if local purchase experience it consider very slow.
There is no clear ETA to let customer known, it only stated it required 14 business days and check the logistic status just know is still on the way. At least it should give an ETA range that customer can predict roughly when they can receive the item.
