Coffee Recipe from StarbucksĀ®

Iced coffee comes to life with a sparkling twist. Itā€™s easy to make, and even easier to drink.

I N G R E D I E N T S

What You'll Need

  • 2 Tbsps Simple Syrup

  • 8 Sprigs Fresh Mint

  • 1/2 Cup Sparkling Water

Brew 1 shot of espresso.

S T E P 2

Fill a glass with ice.

S T E P 3

Add the syrup, mint, & coffee to a cocktail shaker.

Make sure the cocktail shaker is full of ice and then shake to your heart's content. If you donā€™t have a cocktail shaker, you can pour the syrup, mint, & coffee straight into a jug and stir it well.

Fill your glass Ā¾ of the way up with ice.

Then, strain the cocktail shaker into your glass filled with ice.

Top it up with sparkling water and add a sprig of mint.

A bit of fizz to go with that icy freshness, with mint for the aesthetic.
