TBM Installation Services (referred to as "Services") is provided by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) and governed by these terms and conditions, accompanying details and guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by TBM.
The rates, charges and terms and conditions of the Services are applicable to all TBM outlets (refer to https://bit.ly/TBMstores).
Customers who make purchases from any TBM outlets are entitled to request for the listed Services.
Customers are required to provide complete and accurate details of the installation area, requirements, and restrictions (eg. actual dimension to fit in product) to TBM personnels to obtain accurate charges and/or rates. TBM will not be liable for any losses or damages should there be any missing or inaccurate information provided that results in the inability to complete the Services or additional work or charges required.
TBM and its appointed contractors/installers may provide additional advice, solutions, or options to Customers upon inspection of site or during installation progress as and when necessary. Upon mutual agreement, TBM and its contractors are entitled to impose additional charges on the spot for the agreed options or solutions.
Air Conditioners: There are standard charges for the dismantling of each existing air conditioner. For replacement of existing air conditioners, the dismantling charges may be waived if the contractor/installer is allowed to take away the existing unit.
