Red Dot Festival: Ask for Power Campaign Terms & Conditions
TBM Red Dot Festival: Ask for Power Campaign "Campaign" is organized by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) and governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by TBM.
By participating in the Campaign, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms applicable and available on TBM, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
TBM reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
ELIGIBILITY
1. The Campaign is open to all customers who are 18 years of age and above.
2. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of the customer’s eligibility to participate in the Campaign.
3. Customers who meet and fulfil the Campaign Mechanism will be referred to as Eligible Customers.
CAMPAIGN MECHANISM
4. The Campaign will be in effect from 18th July – 31st December 2023 (campaign period) and only applicable to all TBM outlets.
5. Please be aware that the Campaign is exclusively valid for FULL PAYMENT transactions only.
6. Retail spending is defined as below:
6.1 SPEND & GIVE: Any purchase at TBM that meets the specified requirements in a single receipt will qualify for the following benefits:-
6.1.1 WE CARE Card: for every SPEND of RM2,000 and above
(a) Refer your card to friend
(b) Return with the WE CARE Card to make a purchase with a minimum spend of RM2,000 and get an RM50 Instant Cash rebate
(c) A new purchase with a minimum spend of RM2,000 will entitle you to receive a NEW WE CARE Card
6.1.2 EVERYTHING PLUS A SMILE Card: for every SPEND of less than RM2,000
(a) Refer your card to friend
(b) Return with the EVERYTHING PLUS A SMILE Card to make a purchase with a minimum spend of RM2,000 and get an RM50 Instant Cash rebate
(c) A new purchase with a minimum spend of RM2,000 will entitle you to receive a NEW WE CARE Card
6.2. RETURN: All return CARD with a minimum spend of RM2,000 and above in a single receipt are entitled to the following:
(a) RM50 Instant Cash rebate (for returning customers with card)
(b) RM20 donation to a selected organization for every purchase of RM2,000
(c) E-Angpao
(d) ONE (1) Lucky Draw Entry
7. The Campaign is available while stocks last (first-come-first-served basis).

INSTANT CASH REBATE
9. Only ONE Instant Cash rebate can be utilized per order.
10. Gift Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with the Campaign.
11. Instant Cash rebate is exclusively valid for product purchase only.
CHARITY DONATION
12. The primary objective of the Campaign is to inspire a greater number of customers to make return purchases at TBM. By utilizing the WE CARE / EVERTHING PLUS A SMILE Card, customers not only enjoy benefits but also contribute to higher donations.
13. With every purchase of RM2,000, TBM graciously pledges to DONATE RM20 on your behalf, adding an element of altruism to your shopping experience.
14. The exact rate or amount of donation may vary due to tax deductions. While the Campaign strives to provide precise information regarding the donation amount, we cannot guarantee the final total donated or the specific allocation to individual charities. Rest assured, we make every effort to ensure transparency and accuracy in our donation process.
LUCKY DRAW
15. The LUCKY DRAW will be held from 18th July – 31st December 2023 (Contest Period).
(a) Every return card will be entitled to ONE (1) Lucky Draw entry for every RM2,000 spent during the Campaign Period.
16. By participating in the Contest, Eligible Customers fully and unconditionally agree to comply with and accept these Terms & Conditions.
17. The Contest is open to all Eligible Customers who are 18 years of age and above.
18. Each Eligible Customers is eligible to win only ONE (1) prize throughout the entire Contest Period.
19. Entries that do not adhere to the specified rules will be automatically disqualified.
20. The announcement of the Contest Winners will be made on TBM’s official Facebook page. The lucky winner will be notified through Facebook, SMS, or WhatsApp.
21. The Lucky Draw Announcement will be published on TBM’s Facebook page on 23rd January 2024 (Tuesday).

23. All prizes must be claimed at the winners’ own expense no later than 29th February 2024 (Thursday) after being notified of their winnings. Any unclaimed prizes after 1st March 2024 will be forfeited by TBM.
24. The value of the prizes may vary, and TBM reserves the right to substitute any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
25. Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and non-transferable. Winners must comply with the terms and conditions set by the respective product suppliers of the prizes.
26. TBM retains the right to modify the prize redemption and collection method based on prevailing public health conditions.
27. TBM assumes no responsibility or liability for any consequences, loss, damage to prizes, or failure to deliver prizes.
28. TBM reserves the right to feature the winner’s photos on TBM’s social media pages for promotional purposes.
E-ANGPAO
29. For the avoidance of doubt, Eligible Customers who have fulfilled the requirements mentioned above are entitled to receive an E-Angpao worth up to RM128 throughout the Campaign Period.
30. The E-Angpao will be credited to the Eligible Customers’ TNG e-Wallet from 23rd – 31st January 2024.
31. The TNG e-Wallet of the Eligible Customers must be valid, active, and in good standing. It must not violate any of the T&Cs of the Campaign during the Campaign Period. Failure to comply with these T&Cs will result in automatic disqualification.
32. Eligible Customers will NOT be notified directly via SMS/WhatsApp regarding their qualification for the E-Angpao.
33. Eligible Customers who do not receive the E-Angpao after 1st February 2024 are deemed not qualified for the E-Angpao.
34. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of TBM.
DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
35. By participating in the Campaign, participants, including the winners, are deemed to have consented to the following:
(a) the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her name, identification/passport number, image, voice, and/or likeness by TBM for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other purposes without payment and/or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
(b) receiving promotional, marketing, and other publicity information from TBM from time to time.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
36. The Campaign website, including its content, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws, and is owned by Ask for Power or its licensors.
37. You are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute any of the content without prior written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
38. The Campaign shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
39. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Campaign operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
SEVERABILITY
40. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
