• Introduction

Welcome to the TBM x Hizero Referral Program. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Referral Program ("Program") offered by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) {TBM} "Company", "we", "us", "our"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.

• Eligibility

Participation: The Program is open to individuals who are at least 21 years old and have a valid email address and a valid contact. Employees of TBM, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Referrals: Referrals must be new customers who have not previously made a purchase of Hizero products from TBM and who meet the criteria specified in these Terms.

• How the Program Works

Referral Submission: To participate, you must submit 5 referrals through the designated referral form (https://go.tbm.com.my/TBMxHizeroReferral) on our website or through other approved methods specified by the Company.

• Reward Details

Referral Reward: For each successful referral, you will receive a TNG card worth RM50. A referral is considered successful when the referred customer agrees to an on-site product demonstration.
Qualifying Purchase: A qualifying purchase is defined as a completed transaction meeting the minimum purchase amount specified on our website, excluding taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
Reward Delivery: Rewards will be delivered to you within 30 days if the referred customer agrees to an on-site product demonstration. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Limitations: There were no limitation referrals per participant per calendar year. The Company reserves the right to change the reward structure at any time without notice.

• Referral Conduct

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when submitting referrals. You may not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to participate in the Program.
Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities to generate referrals. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, using fake identities, or providing false information.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Program.

• Termination and Changes

Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or unethical conduct.
Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without notice. Any changes to the Program will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

• Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: The Company makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Program or any rewards provided under the Program.
Liability: The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program.

• Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
