I purchased the item on a saturday unaware that online purchases need 4 working days, which was extremely excessive in my opinion. I live in cyberjaya and travelled to jln klang lama to collect the purchase on the same day after making a big fuss as to why to order was only to be processed at the end if the next week. It was a mistake to make the online purchases in the first place, regretting it so much , i pleaded for the order to be cancelled so i could make the purchase elsewhere. Therefore, I apologize to the TBM team for the inconvenience and appreciate that i was still able to get the item despite it officially being off service hours.

I do wonder if in 2025, online orders to be collected by the purchaser in store should need to wait 4 working days. That is up to TBM to decide. With that existing policy in place, i will not be making future purchases from your online team unless this red tape has been removed.

Nonetheless, it is 5 stars for me for a happy outcome in the end despite the misunderstanding , which was handled well by TBM. Thank you!
