Terms & Conditions: TBM x Ninja - Win the NEW Ninja CRISPi™ Pro Air Fryer
The TBM x Ninja – Win the NEW Ninja CRISPi™ Pro Air Fryer Contest ("Contest”) is organised by TBM (494355-D) in collaboration with Ninja and is governed by the following Terms & Conditions, together with any additional guidelines or requirements issued by TBM.
By participating in this Contest, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1. The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above, except employees of TBM, Ninja, their respective affiliates, business partners, and immediate family members.
1.2. TBM reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry that fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, contains false or misleading information, or involves fraudulent, dishonest, or inappropriate activities.
1.3. Participants must have a valid Facebook account and fulfil all Contest requirements to be eligible.
2. CONTEST PERIOD
2.1. The Contest runs from 1st – 15th November 2026 (“Contest Period”).
2.2. All entries must be submitted within the Contest Period. Entries received before or after the Contest Period will not be accepted.
2.3. TBM reserves the right to amend, extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Contest Period where reasonably necessary, without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
3. CONTEST MECHANICS & PARTICIPATION
3.1. To participate in the Contest, participants must complete the following steps:
i) Follow the official TBM & Ninja Facebook page.
ii) Like the official Contest post published on the TBM Facebook Page.
iii) Complete the following sentence in the comment section of the official Contest post: "I want the new Ninja CRISPi™ Pro because ______________________________."
iv) Submit a creative, original, and engaging answer that explains why the Ninja CRISPi™ Pro deserves a spot in their kitchen.
3.2. Participants must complete all the steps stated above to qualify for the Contest. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
3.3. Each participant is entitled to ONE (1) entry only. If the same participant submits multiple entries, only the first valid entry will be considered.
3.4. Participants must ensure their Instagram accounts remain public throughout the Contest Period and until the winner announcement for entry verification purposes.
3.5. Entries submitted through fake, duplicate, automated, or purchased accounts will not be accepted.
3.6. All submitted entries must be original and must not contain offensive, inappropriate, defamatory, misleading, or plagiarised content. TBM reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these requirements.
3.7. TBM shall not be responsible for incomplete, delayed, lost, or unsuccessful submissions caused by technical issues, network interruptions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
4. WINNER SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT
4.1. ONE (1) winner will be selected based on the creativity, originality, relevance, and overall appeal of the submitted answer.
4.2. TBM and/or Ninja will select the winner based on the judging criteria stated above. The Contest is a creativity-based competition and not a random lucky draw.
4.3. The decision of TBM and/or Ninja regarding the winner selection shall be final, subject to applicable law. No correspondence or appeals regarding the judging outcome will be entertained.
4.4. The winner will be announced on 23 November 2026 via the official TBM Facebook Page.
4.5. The winner may also be contacted through Facebook Messenger (DM) for verification and Prize redemption arrangements.
4.6. TBM reserves the right to disqualify a selected winner who fails to meet the eligibility requirements or comply with these Terms & Conditions.
5. CONTEST PRIZE
5.1. The Contest prize consists of ONE (1) Ninja CRISPi™ Pro Air Fryer, worth RM1,599 ("Prize").
5.2. The Prize is awarded on an "as is" basis. The colour, model, specifications, and other features of the Prize shall be determined by TBM at its sole discretion. Requests for changes, upgrades, or customisation will not be entertained.
5.3. TBM reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another item of similar or equivalent value without prior notice, where reasonably necessary.
5.4. The Prize is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
5.5. The winner must comply with any applicable warranty terms and conditions imposed by the Prize manufacturer or supplier.
6. PRIZE REDEMPTION & COLLECTION
6.1. The winner must redeem the Prize in person at the following designated TBM outlet:

6.2. The Prize must be claimed on or before 20 December 2026. Any Prize not claimed by the stipulated deadline will be forfeited, and no compensation or replacement will be provided.
6.3. The winner must present a valid identification document (MyKad) for verification during Prize redemption.
6.4. TBM reserves the right to verify the winner's eligibility and Contest entry before releasing the Prize.
6.5. TBM reserves the right to amend the Prize collection arrangements where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, or public health and safety considerations.
6.6. TBM shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from Prize collection or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. DATA PROTECTION & PUBLICITY
7.1. By participating in the Contest, participants acknowledge that TBM may collect, process, and use their personal information, including their name, Facebook username, contact details, and identification information where necessary, for Contest administration, entry verification, winner selection, Prize fulfilment, and related communications, in accordance with applicable Malaysian personal data protection laws.
7.2. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that TBM may use their name, photograph, image, likeness, and relevant Contest-related content for publicity, advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes across TBM's official communication channels, without additional payment or compensation, subject to applicable law.
7.3. Personal identification details collected for verification and Prize redemption purposes will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
7.4. Participants may choose to receive promotional updates, marketing communications, and information about future campaigns from TBM, subject to their consent and applicable laws.
8. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
8.1. TBM reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and disqualify any participant found to have violated these Terms & Conditions.
8.2. TBM reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Contest or any part of these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control.
8.3. TBM's decisions regarding Contest administration, entry eligibility, winner selection, and Prize fulfilment shall be final, subject to applicable law.
8.4. TBM shall not be liable for technical errors, network interruptions, incomplete submissions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation in the Contest.
8.5. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to TBM and not to Facebook.
8.6. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
