1. TBM x Axtra Fix - Keeping Your Appliances in Top Shape: Microwave Oven "Campaign" is organised by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) and is governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by TBM.

2. The Campaign is valid from 1 – 31 May 2026 (campaign period) and is only applicable at the TBM Service Centre.

3. This campaign covers DIAGNOSTIC Services only. It does not include any form of repair work.

4. Charges not covered by the campaign
The following items are chargeable and not included under the FREE DIAGNOSTIC:

  • Labour charges
  • Spare parts
  • Transportation fees
  • Logistics costs

5. Free diagnostic is only valid for specified product categories during the campaign period.

6. Products outside the eligible category may still be inspected or repaired but will not qualify for the free diagnostic offer.

7. Each item is eligible for ONE FREE DIAGNOSTIC ONLY during the campaign. Follow-up or subsequent visits will not be covered.

8. Third-Party Repairs
(a) TBM may refer inspected products to a third-party service provider if needed.
(b) TBM does not bear any responsibility for third-party charges, service quality, or repair timelines.

9. Repair Recommendation
(a) TBM may recommend repair solutions that involve additional costs or may advise against proceeding with a repair.
(b) Customers have full discretion to accept or decline any repair recommended service.

10. The Offer is valid while stocks last (first-come-first-served basis).
