Air-Fryer Blueberry Yogurt Cake

Air-Fryer Blueberry Yogurt Cake

Ingredients:

2 Cups Greek yogurt
4 Whole Eggs
125 gsm Blueberry
2 Tbsp Corn Starch
30 gm Sugar (optional)

Steps:

1. Pour 2 cups of Greek yogurt and 4 whole eggs into a mixing bowl.
2. Beat the eggs and Greek yogurt together until the mixture is smooth.
3. Then, pour 30gm sugar (optional) into the bowl.
(**You can also use honey, a zero-calorie sweetener, or skip it altogether if you-re using sweetened yogurt.)
4. Mix the batter and cornstarch well until fully combined.
5. Place about 20 blueberries on top of the batter before baking.
6. Set the air-fryer to 170°C for 50 mins.
(** For a lighter, less browned top, consider reducing the baking time to around 45 mins.)
7. Serve it fresh and enjoy every bite!

Notes:

1. Line the cake mould with parchment paper for easy cake removal.
2. Add a few drops of vanilla essence to enhance the flavor.
3. Avoid opening the air fryer during baking, as this can cause the cake to collapse while it's still rising.
