The TBM | Purchase with Confidence: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Campaign ("Campaign") is organized by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) (“TBM”) and is governed by these Terms and Conditions, together with accompanying details or guidelines issued by TBM.

By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms made available by TBM, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

1. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
1.1 The Campaign runs from 1 March to 30 April 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

1.2 TBM reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 This Campaign is open to individual retail customers who purchase selected soundbar products from participating brands at TBM outlets during the Campaign Period.

2.2 The Campaign does not apply to:
(a) Corporate, commercial, project, institutional, or bulk purchases;
(b) Purchases made via third-party platforms, dealers, or resellers;
(c) Display sets, clearance units, refurbished units, or non-new products, unless expressly approved in writing by TBM.

2.3 Each eligible product purchased under a separate invoice is entitled to ONE (1) return request under this Campaign.

2.4 TBM reserved the right to exclude employees, related companies, suppliers, or any persons deemed ineligible at its sole discretion.

3. PROGRAM MECHANICS
3.1 Eligible customers may apply to return the purchased product within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date (“Return Period”), subject to the conditions stated herein.

3.2 All return requests under this Campaign must be submitted in person at the original point of purchase within the Return Period. Requests made after the Return Period will be rejected.

3.3 All returns are subject to inspection and verification by TBM to determine compliance with these Campaign conditions.

3.4 Approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment. No change in payment method will be permitted under any circumstances.

3.5 Refund processing timelines are subject to TBM’s internal finance procedures and applicable banking clearance periods.

4. RETURN CONDITIONS
4.1 The product must be returned in good working condition and must not exhibit:
(a) Physical damage;
(b) Cosmetic damage beyond normal inspection handling;
(c) Water damage;
(d) Electrical surge damage;
(e) Evidence of misuse, negligence, improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repair;
(f) Abnormal wear and tear inconsistent with reasonable home trial use.

4.2 The returned product must include:
(a) Original box and complete internal packaging;
(b) All accessories, cables, remotes, manuals, warranty cards, and bundled items;
(c) Any complimentary gifts provided;
(d) Original proof of purchase.

4.3 All serial numbers must match the original invoice and remain intact, unaltered, and untampered.

4.4 TBM reserves the right to reject any returns where:
(a) The packaging is materially damaged or incomplete;
(b) Accessories or bundled items are missing;
(c) The product cannot be restored to resalable condition;
(d) The product fails inspection testing.

5. INSPECTION & APPROVAL
5.1 All returned items are subject to inspection prior to approval.
5.2 Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of TBM management.
5.3 TBM’s decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence, dispute, or appeals will be entertained.

6. INSTALLATION & SERVICE CHARGES
6.1 Installation, mounting, dismantling, transportation, or collection services are chargeable and non-refundable.

6.2 TBM reserves the right to impose reasonable service, handling, repacking, or restoration charges where applicable.

6.3 Any third-party installation costs will not be borne or reimbursed by TBM.

7. REFUND LIMITATIONS
7.1 Any approved refund will be strictly limited to the purchase price of the product as stated on the invoice.

7.2 The following amounts shall not be refundable:
(a) Installation fees;
(b) Delivery or transportation charges;
(c) Service or handling fees;
(d) Extended warranty fees;
(e) Add-on accessories purchased separately;
(f) Promotional vouchers or rebates utilized in the transaction.

7.3 If the purchase includes promotional gifts, bundle discounts, rebates, loyalty rewards, or trade-in offers, TBM reserves the right to:
(a) Deduct the value of such benefits from the refund amount; or
(b) Require the return of free gifts in unused and resalable condition.

8. EXCLUSIONS
8.1 The following are not eligible under this Campaign:
(a) Products purchased below RM1,500.
(b) Products not under participating brands.
(c) Commercial, project, or bulk purchases.
(d) Clearance, display, refurbished, or non-new units (unless otherwise approved).
(e) Damaged, altered, or tampered products.

9. ABUSE & FRAUD PREVENTION
9.1 The Campaign is intended for genuine retail trial purposes only.

9.2 TBM reserves the right to reject any return request suspected of:
(a) Repetitive abuse of return privileges;
(b) Commercial exploitation;
(c) Fraudulent intent;
(d) Product swapping;
(e) Serial number tampering.

9.3 TBM may maintain internal records and implement control measures to prevent abuse of this Campaign.

10. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, TBM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of income, business, goodwill, data, or personal dissatisfaction arising from subjective expectations of product performance.

10.2 Nothing herein shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
11.1 This Campaign is not exchangeable for cash or credit beyond the refund mechanism stated herein.

11.2 The Campaign shall not be combined with any other return policies, promotion, or program unless expressly stated otherwise.

11.3 TBM reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this Campaign at any time without prior notice.

11.4 In the event of any dispute, TBM’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
