Terms and conditions
1. TBM Guess and Win Tokyo 2020 ("Contest") is organized by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) and governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by TBM.
2. The contest is open from 19-31 July 2021 (contest period) and is applicable to all TBM customers with legit Facebook account.
3. Customers who made any purchases during the contest period are eligible for ONE (1) entry to the Guess and Win contest.
4. Customers are required to submit their purchase invoice to our WhatsApp (https://wa.me/60166674160, select "Guess and Win Contest" from the main menu) as proof of eligibility.

5. Participants participating in the Guess and Win contest are required to
a. Post a comment in our Facebook post (refer to https://www.facebook.com/tbm2u/posts/4482524391782396) with which country will win the most medals and the total of medals in Tokyo 2020.
b. Share the Facebook post and tag 3 friends and add hashtag #Tokyo2020withTBM.
c. The earliest comment with the correct answer will win the Guess and Win Grand Prize

6. Prizes for the Guess and Win contest include

7. The Guess and Win prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
8. The winners (total 3 winners) will be announced on TBM's official Facebook Page (refer to https://www.facebook.com/tbm2u). The winners are required to collect their prizes within 3 weeks from the designated location upon announcement of the final results.
9. Customers with any inquiries regarding this promotion can check with the TBM chat service via Whatsapp at +6016-667 4160.
10. The total of medals (the correct answer) is base on the final medals ranking result announcement of Tokyo 2020 on 8 August 2021 and any change of the results after the stated date will not be counted.
11. TBM reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
12. TBM’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest (including the selection of the Winner and the manner of administration of the Contest) shall be final, absolute, and binding on the participants. No correspondences, inquiries, appeals, challenges, or discussions concerning any decision or the determination made by TBM will be entertained.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed according to Malaysia's laws.
14. TBM hereby disclaims and shall not be held liable for any claims and liability howsoever arising from personal injuries, medical conditions, and damage to property originating from the acceptance of the Prize and the Winner shall hold the Organiser harmless from any such claims.
