1. TBM x LG Save More Live Well (“Offer”) is organized by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) and governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by TBM.
2. The Offer is valid from 18th July – 30th Sept 2022 (promotion period) and is applicable to any TBM outlet (refer to https://bit.ly/TBMstores) and TBM online store only (refer to https://bit.ly/TBMOnline).
3. Customers who purchase the selected LG products during the promotion period are entitled to TNG eWallet Credits up to RM1,500.

Touch n' Go eWallet credit redemption:
1. eWallet Credits redemption period until 15 Nov 2022.
2. All eligible entries must be submitted via https://www.lg.com/my/promotions/lgrewards within the due date of 15 Nov 2022 [23.59pm]
3. Delivery of redemption items will be made available from November 2022 onwards.
4. eWallet Credit will be made via “direct credit” into the customer’s Touch ’n Go eWallet account while submitting entries.
5. All entries must be attached with ONLY INVOICE or CASH BILL and provide the valid serial number of the product and photo of the serial number in the redemption form. Sales Order, Purchase Order, and Delivery Order are strictly not allowed.
6. All the redemption must submit through the online portal only
7. Any clarifications or queries about the submission such as submission failure, invalid serial number, or missing reward model, kindly email to support@lgecrm.com.my.
