Just follow these simple steps to participate!

1. Spend

Every cumulative RM 2,000 spent throughout a calendar quarter at any TBM retail store or Online store will entitle you one (1) entry per draw period.
Example:
Spend at least RM 2,000 = ONE (1) entry automatically
Spend at least RM 4,000 = TWO (2) entries automatically
Lucky Winners Results will be announced on TBM’s Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/tbm2u/) on specific draw period dates.

2. Win

TBM 75th Anniversary Lucky Draw TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. LUCKY DRAW

The 75th Anniversary Lucky Draw is organized by the Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (TBM) from 1st July until 30th September 2020 (Promotion period):

The Lucky Draw is governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by TBM. By submitting an entry, the Participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by the same.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Lucky Draw is open to any individual who fulfils the following criteria:

(a) A citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia and over the age of 18 years old;

(b) Every cumulative purchase of RM2,000 and at any TBM retail store (https://store.tbm.com.my/stores) and TBM Online store (https://store.tbm.com.my/) during the promotion period entitles you to stand a chance to win from a total of prizes worth up to *RM10,000; and

(d) Any purchase of RM2000 (from TBM outlet or TBM Online store) (cumulative of 3 months) get one entry:

Example:

Spend at least RM 2,000 = ONE (1) entry automatically
Spend at least RM 4,000 = TWO (2) entries automatically
(hereinafter individually referred to as “Participant”).

Each participant’s Lucky Draw entry will only be valid for one (1) Lucky Draw session.

TBM reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility of any of the Participants and to disqualify any Participants who do not meet the above eligibility criteria.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

Only purchases made from 1st January until 31st December 2020 are entitled to participate in the Lucky Draw. TBM reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to suspend or extend the Submission Period for any reason at any time and without any liability. Any changes in dates will be communicated through the TBM Facebook Fan Page (fb.com/tbm2u).

Four (4) Lucky Draws will happen in conjunction with our 75th Anniversary Celebration, with one (1) draw happening every quarter. The period of each Lucky Draw are as follows:

1) Q1 - 1st January 2020 - 31 March 2020. - Winners to be announced on 10 April 2020. (DONE)
2) Q2 - 1st April 2020 - 30 June 2020 - Winners to be announced on 10 July 2020. (Cancelled due to MCO)
3) Q3 - 1st July 2020 - 30th September 2020 - Winners to be announced on 10 October 2020.
4) Q4 - 1st October 2020 - 31st December 2020 - Winners to be announced on 10 January 2021

4. NOTIFICATION TO WINNER

Winners will be announced at TBM Facebook Fan Page (fb.com/tbm2u) with the contact details stated by the Participant in the Entry details.

If winners unable contact TBM within 3 working days for whatever reasons, the prize of that winner will be forfeited at the sole discretion of TBM. No alternatives will be offered.

5. PRIZE

Winners will be drawn and announced on April, July, October 2020 & January 2021 at TBM Facebook Fan Page https://www.facebook.com/tbm2u/

A total of 33 winners will be drawn and announced on April 2020. Prizes include iPhone 11 Pro Max (1 unit), 50" UHD 4KTV (1 unit), Soundbar (1 unit), TBM Cash voucher worth RM300 (10 unit) and TBM Cash voucher worth RM100 (20 unit).

#Q3
A total of 23 winners will be drawn and announced on April 2020 during TBM Live (Date and time will be announced at TBM Facebook Fan page). Prizes include Sharp 50” UHDR TV with Easy Smart 4TC50AH1X (1 unit), PHILIPS AUTO SAECO Espresso Maker HD8745/21 (1 unit), SAMSUNG Air Purifier AX50K5050WD/ME (1 unit), PANASONIC Street Wireless Headphone (10 unit) and HUAWEI BAND 4 Watch (10 unit).

#Q4
A total of 23 winners will be drawn and announced on January 2021 during TBM Live (Date and time will be announced at TBM Facebook Fan page). Prizes include LG 55" 4K Smart TV 55UN7400PTA (1 unit), Sharp Air Purifier FPJ40LW (1 unit), Russell Hobbs Coffee Maker 18517 (1 unit), Morphy Richards Steam Iron 303101 (10 unit) and Electrolux Induction Cooker ETD29PKB (10 unit).

The value of the prizes may vary; TBM reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.

Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and non-transferable. TBM makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the prizes, including, without limitation, relating to quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. TBM assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever with respect to defect or deficiency of the prizes and will not entertain any correspondence in this regard. All winners shall accept the prizes on an “as is” basis.

Any prize not claimed within 30 days of notification will be forfeited. No alternatives will be offered. For the avoidance of doubt, if a winner fails to claim the prize within the stipulated duration, TBM shall have the right at its own discretion to re-draw.

6. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

TBM, its employees, agents, and representatives hereby disclaim any and all liabilities that may arise in connection with the Lucky Draw and any materials produced in relation thereto.

Further, TBM, its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be held responsible for any entries that are lost or damaged in transit.

7. MISCELLANEOUS

The Lucky Draw constitutes the Participant’s unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Each Participant, therefore, agrees to be bound by and abide by these terms and conditions including any amendments, modifications and/or interpretation thereof.

Each of the Participants hereby agrees to release and hold harmless TBM, its employees, agents and representatives against any and/or all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Lucky Draw (including resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prizes, or travel to or from any prize-related activity).

No representation, warranty or undertaking is given that any entry submitted by the Participants will be received or held in confidence.

TBM reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Lucky Draw or these terms and conditions without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion.

TBM reserves the right to publish and display the names, addresses, photographs, audio and visual recordings of the winners, in any mass media or marketing materials for advertising and publicity purposes without payment or compensation.

TBM’s failure to enforce any of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

The decision of TBM on all matters relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw (including the selection of the winners) is final and binding on all parties concerned.

If any of these terms and conditions shall be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability of such terms and conditions shall not affect the other provisions and all provisions not affected by such invalidity or unenforceability shall remain in full force and effect.

TBM is committed to handling all personal data in relation to the Lucky Draw in compliance with applicable personal data protection laws and regulations in Malaysia.

The Lucky Draw, these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by TBM and all disputes and differences arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The Participants agree that all disputes shall be resolved amicably, failing which the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.

Failure to follow these event rules, as may be amended, will result in immediate disqualification and loss of prizes.
