Free Installation T&C

• Free installation included: Trip fee, installation + programming + testing and commissioning.
• Package purchase will automatically enjoy free installation
• Free installation for individual units purchased RM2,000 and above
• Free installation does not cover wiring works. Home+ will only do installation of the devices. Any wiring or plug point creating need to be done by customer before installation takes place.

Warranty Description

• 1-year product warranty takes effect from the date of purchase.
• Free 1 to 1 exchange is offered for faults caused by the product itself or for quality problem that arise under normal usage.

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

• Product failure or damage caused by installation, use, and maintenance that is not in accordance with the product instructions;
• Products beyond the warranty period;
• Products that have the barcode tampered with or removed;
• Devices that have been tampered with or customized outside of LifeSmart Terms of Service as on the LifeSmart APP;
• User-caused damage, such as inappropriate voltage input, high temperature, accidental spillage, physical damage, etc;
• Product failure or damage caused by force majeure such as earthquakes, fires, or floods;
• Product failure or damage caused by other problems except the product itself.
