Terms & Conditions of TBM Christmas Treats: Check-In & Win

TBM Christmas Treats: Check-In & Win "Campaign" is organized by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) and governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by TBM.

By participating in the Campaign, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms applicable and available on TBM, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

TBM reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

ELIGIBILITY & CAMPAIGN PERIOD

1. The Campaign is open to all Malaysians (who own a legit Facebook or Instagram account) aged 18 and above, except TBM's employees and immediate families.

2. The Campaign is valid from 1^st – 31^st December 2024 (Campaign Period) and applicable to all TBM stores.

3. Participants who join the Campaign will receive:
(a) An Exclusive Check-In Gift that can be instantly redeemed
(b) An entry into a Lucky Draw for a chance to win a Mystery Gift

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

5. Participants must visit any TBM store during the Campaign Period and take a photo with our Christmas decorations.

6. Post it to your FB/IG/TikTok/小红书 (set as public), check-in at Tan Boon Ming and add a creative caption along with the hashtag #WinWithTBM.

7. Show a screenshot of your FB/IG check-in to the TBM staff to claim your check-in gift.

8. Complete the TBM XMas Treats Google Form for a chance to win a mystery gift.

GIFTS & PRIZES

9. Check-In Gift are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last, limited to one per participant, regardless of the number of check-ins.

10. Lucky Draw Mystery Gift winners will be selected via a lucky draw at the end of the campaign.

11. Mystery Gift winners will be notified via direct message on social media. Failure to respond within 7 days will result in disqualification.

12. Entries received outside the Campaign Period shall be automatically disqualified.

13. Entries that do not adhere to the rules will be automatically disqualified.

14. Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and non-transferable. Winners must comply with the terms and conditions of the product suppliers of prizes.

15. TBM has the right to change the prize redemption and collection method according to public health conditions.

16. TBM reserves the right to feature the winner's photos on TBM's social media pages.

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

17. By participating in the Campaign, the participants (including the winners) are deemed to have consented to:

i) the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her name, identification/passport number, image, voice, and/or likeness by the TBM for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law.

ii) receiving promotional, marketing, and other publicity information from TBM from time to time.
