TBM MID YEAR SALE "Campaign" is organised by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) and governed by the following Terms and Conditions, including any accompanying details or guidelines as may be issued by TBM.

By participating in the Campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

TBM reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

ELIGIBILITY & PROMOTION PERIOD

1. The Campaign is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above.
2. The Campaign is valid for THREE DAYS ONLY on 23^rd – 25^th May 2025 (promotion period), and is applicable exclusively at:

PRE-BOOK SPECIAL

6. Pre-Book Special registration is open from 16 – 21 May 2025, until 11:59 PM.
7. Registration Form click HERE.
8. Customers may pre-book selected products at up to 75% OFF by paying a RM50 deposit.
9. Products must be collected and the remaining balance paid during the TBM Mid Year Sale event period (23 – 25 May 2025).
10. If the customer decides not to purchase the reserved item, the RM50 deposit can be used as a credit on other products sold at the normal price.
11. Pre-Book Special products are available on a first-come, first served basis – no reservations will be held after the event period ends.
12. All Pre-Book Special products must be claimed in person at the event; no third-party collection is allowed.
13. The RM50 deposit cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable to another person.
14. No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed once a Pre-Book is confirmed.
15. Customers must present proof of pre-booking (Sales Order) during collection.
16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier delay, stock damage), the organiser reserves the right to replace the item with a similar product of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
17. Products reserved through Pre-Book Special are not eligible for additional promotions, vouchers, or discounts during the event.

HAPPY HOUR DRAW

18. The Happy Hour Draw registration is open from 17 – 21 May 2025, until 11:59 PM. 
19. Participants must register their interested product via the official link: HERE during the registration period.
20. Registered participants must be physically present at the TBM Mid Year Sale on their selected day to qualify.

21. Any participants who are not present during the draw will be disqualified.
22. If multiple participants register for the same product, a random draw will be conducted.
23. Only 10 selected products will be featured for the Happy Hour Draw each day.
24. Only participants who are successfully drawn as a winner will be entitled to purchase the selected product at the Happy Hour price.
25. Each eligible participant is entitled to receive ONE (1) RM50 Gift Voucher throughout the campaign period.
26. Gift Voucher collection must be done at the Axtra Rewards Counter during the TBM Mid Year Sale.

27. The RM50 TBM Gift Voucher is not valid for use on the following:

28. The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and is valid only at participating TBM outlets.
29. Customers must present proof of registration (Response receipts) during the Happy Hour Draw.
30. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier delay, stock damage), TBM reserves the right to replace the product with a similar item of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
31. Products purchased via the Happy Hour Draw are not eligible for any additional promotions, vouchers, or discounts.
