Terms & Conditions of TBM Mid-Year Sale

TBM Mid-Year Sale "Campaign" is organized by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) and governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by TBM.

By participating in the Campaign, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms applicable and available on TBM, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

TBM reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

ELIGIBILITY

1. The Campaign is open to all customers 18 years old and above.
2. TBM Spend & Win is eligible for new sign-up and Axtra Rewards members.
3. With a minimum purchase of RM200 made from TBM during the campaign period is entitled to One (1) entry for the Spend & Win (auto-entry).

RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY FOR CLEARANCE STOCK

9. Please note that unless the Clearance Stock “Product” is faulty or in error, all Products sold under a promotion or marked-down price are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
10. Please inspect Products prior to purchase, where you accept any defects and minor damage to such Products upon purchase.
11. Any scratches, marks, or damage not affecting the performance of the Products will be noted at the time of purchase and will not form part of any warranty in relation to those Products.
12. Clearance products are not eligible for refunds or returns, please proceed to the test counter for product testing before leaving TBM. Should the Product malfunction be discovered, an immediate return is required.
13. TBM will not be liable to provide any refund, returns, exchange, or credit where you or other third parties have caused or contributed directly or indirectly to any damage to the Products whilst such Products were in your possession or control.
14. A 3-month warranty will cover the selected clearance products.
15. TBM reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where there is suspicion of purchase for resale.

DELIVERY POLICY

16. Clearance Stock Delivery should be scheduled within 2 weeks starting on 1 July 2024 after the Clearance Stock with full payment order is received.
17. Customer is liable for payment of all delivery charges, including any additional charges incurred as a result of difficulties with access to your designated location, unless the failure to deliver the Products on the prescribed date is wholly and solely attributable to TBM’s fault.
18. Customer must ensure that the correct delivery address and any other details necessary for the delivery of the Products are provided to TBM at the time of order placement and shall notify us in advance if there will be difficulties accessing the delivery address (e.g. staircases or narrow passages).
19. The Customer is responsible for ensuring there is adequate access and entry to the premises of the delivery address and sufficient room to accommodate the placement of the Products on the premises.
20. TBM will not be responsible for any Property Damage caused by a third-party delivery service (e.g. Lalamove).
21. At the time of delivery, the customer may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing off with the delivery personnel. Customers agree to inspect the product for any obvious faults, defects, or damage before signing for received products.

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

22. By participating in the Campaign, the participants (including the winners) are deemed to have consented to:

i) the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her name, identification/passport number, image, voice, and/or likeness by the TBM for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law.

ii) receiving promotional, marketing, and other publicity information from TBM from time to time.
