TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TBM MINI FLOOR CARE EXPO & ADVENTURE

TBM Mini Floor Care Expo & Adventure ("Event") is organized by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) and governed by the terms and conditions and accompanying details and guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by TBM.

By registering and participating in the Event, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms applicable and available on TBM, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 General Eligibility: The Event is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 4 years and above.
1.2 Parent-Child Participation: Families with children aged 4 to 12 years are encouraged to participate in the parent-child activities.
1.3 Employees: Employees of TBM, event sponsors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win any prizes during the event.

2. EVENT REGISTRATION
2.1 Pre-Registration: Participants must pre-register through the official TBM website for the event. The entry fee is RM20 per pax adult only. 
2.2 No Refund Policy: The entry fee is non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including non-attendance.
2.3 Limited Slots: Participation in certain activities may be limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.4 Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment, participants will receive a confirmation email or SMS, which must be presented at the event check-in.

3. PARTICIPATION RULES
3.1 Check-In: Participants must check in at the registration booth upon arrival. Event passes or wristbands will be provided and must be worn at all times during the event.
3.2 Event Conduct: All participants must behave respectfully and follow the event rules. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund or compensation.
3.3 Parent-Child Activities: Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the parent-child activities.

4. SAFETY AND LIABILITY
4.1 Health & Safety: TBM and its partners will take necessary precautions to ensure participant safety. However, participants are responsible for their safety and the safety of any minors in their care.
4.2 Liability Waiver: By participating, participants agree to release TBM, sponsors, and all associated parties from liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
4.3 Emergency: In the event of an emergency, participants must follow instructions from event staff and security personnel.

5. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
5.1 Consent to Photography: By attending, participants consent to be photographed or filmed by event organizers or media partners.
5.2 Use of Images: Images and videos captured during the event may be used by TBM and its partners for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation to participants.

6. PRIZES AND GIVEAWAYS
6.1 Eligibility: Only registered participants who attend the event are eligible to win prizes or participate in giveaways.
6.2 Prize Collection: Winners must be present at the event to claim their prizes. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
6.3 Prize Substitution: TBM reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value.

7. EVENT CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
7.1 Event Changes: TBM reserves the right to change the event schedule, activities, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
7.2 Cancellation: TBM reserves the right to cancel the event due to natural disasters, emergencies, or other situations beyond our control. Participants will be notified as soon as possible in such cases, but no refunds will be issued.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
8.1 Data Collection: By registering, participants consent to the collection and use of their data by TBM for event-related purposes.
8.2 Data Privacy: Personal data will be handled by Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and will not be shared with third parties without participant consent, except as necessary for event administration.

9. GOVERNING LAW
9.1 Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Malaysia.
9.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
