Terms & Conditions of TBM Pre-Renovation Sale

TBM Pre-Renovation Sale "Campaign" is organized by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) and governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by TBM.

By participating in the Campaign, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms applicable and available on TBM, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

TBM reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

ELIGIBILITY & PROMOTION PERIOD

1. The Campaign is open to all customers who are 18 years old and above.

2. The Campaign is valid for THREE DAYS ONLY on 5th – 7th June 2026 (promotion period) and is ONLY applicable to TBM Jalan Klang Lama.

3. Customers who attend TBM Pre-Renovation Sale during the promotion period are entitled to:
(a) Discount up to 80%*

4. The Campaign is available while stocks last (on a first-come, first-served basis).

RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY FOR CLEARANCE STOCK

6. Please note that unless the Clearance Stock “Product” is faulty or in error, all Products sold under a promotion or marked-down price are not eligible for exchange, return or refund.

7. Please inspect the Product before purchase, where you accept any defects and minor damage to such Products upon purchase.

8. Any scratches, marks or damage not affecting the performance of the Products will be noted at the time of purchase and will not form part of any warranty in relation to those Products.

9. Clearance products are not eligible for refunds or returns. Please proceed to the test counter for product testing before leaving TBM. Should the Product malfunction be discovered, an immediate return is required.

10. TBM will not be liable to provide any refund, returns, exchange or credit where you or other third parties have caused or contributed directly or indirectly to any damage to the Products whilst such Products were in your possession or control.

11. Selected clearance products will be covered by a 3-month warranty.

12. TBM reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.

DELIVERY POLICY

13. Clearance Stock Delivery should be scheduled between 8 - 21 May 2026, after full payment for the Clearance Stock order is received.

14. Customer is liable for payment of all delivery charges, including any additional charges incurred as a result of difficulties with access to your designated location, unless the failure to deliver the Products on the prescribed date is wholly and solely attributable to TBM’s fault.

15. Customer must ensure that the correct delivery address and any other details necessary for the delivery of the Products are provided to TBM at the time of order placement and shall notify us in advance if there will be difficulties accessing the delivery address (e.g. staircases or narrow passages).

16. Customer is responsible for ensuring there is adequate access and entry to the premises of the delivery address and sufficient room to accommodate the placement of the Products on the premises.

17. TBM will not be responsible for any Property Damage caused by a third-party delivery service (e.g. Lalamove).

18. At the time of delivery, the customer may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing off with the delivery personnel. Customers agree to inspect the product for any obvious faults, defects, or damage before signing for received products.

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

19. By participating in the Campaign, the participants (including the winners) are deemed to have consented to:

i) the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her name, identification/passport number, image, voice, and/or likeness by the TBM for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law.

ii) receiving promotional, marketing, and other publicity information from TBM from time to time.
