1. TBM Putrajaya Grand Opening Sale "Offer" is organised by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) and governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by TBM.

2. The Offer is valid from 20 – 22 June 2025 (promotion period) and is only applicable to TBM Putrajaya.

3. Customer who purchases selected products during the promotion period are entitled to:
(a) Exclusive deals
(b) Pre-Book Special - reserve top picks at up to 75% OFF with just a RM50 deposit
(c) Early Bird Offer as low as RM10
(d) Mix & Match 2 @ RM99
(e) PWP RM1 - spend RM250 or more in a single receipt (1 item per receipt)

4. PRE-BOOK SPECIAL
(a) Pre-Book Special registration is open from 12 – 18 June 2025, until 11:59 PM.
(b) Registration Form click HERE.
(c) Customers may pre-book selected products at up to 75% OFF by paying a RM50 deposit.
(d) Products must be collected and the remaining balance paid during the TBM Putrajaya Grand Opening Sale event period (20 – 22 June 2025).
(e) If the customer decides not to purchase the reserved item, the RM50 deposit can be used as a credit on other products sold at the normal price.
(f) Each customer is allowed to pre-book ONE (1) product per day during the Pre-Book Special period (12 – 18 June 2025).
(g) Pre-Book Special products are available on a first-come, first-served basis – no reservations will be held after the event period ends.
(h) All Pre-Book Special products must be claimed in person at the event; no third-party collection is allowed.
(i) The RM50 deposit cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable to another person.
(j) No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed once a Pre-Book is confirmed.
(k) Customers must present proof of pre-booking (Sales Order) during collection.
(l) In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier delay, stock damage), the organiser reserves the right to replace the item with a similar product of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
(m) Products reserved through Pre-Book Special are not eligible for additional promotions, vouchers, or discounts during the event.

5. SHARP SNAP & WIN

(b) This Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above, excluding employees of TBM, its affiliates, business partners, and their immediate family members.

(c) How To Participate:
(i) Snap a photo with your old fridge
(ii) Post your photo in the comment section with a creative caption 
(iii) Tag TBM FB Page (Tan Boon Ming Sdn Bhd) with the hashtags #TBM #Sharp

(d) Prize Details
(i) 3 winners will each receive a RM688 Sharp Fridge Voucher
(ii) The voucher is redeemable and valid only at TBM Putrajaya
(iii) Voucher expiry date on 31/12/2025
(iv) The voucher is only applicable to selected SHARP fridge models

(g) Failure to contact TBM within the specified 10-day period will result in forfeiture of the prize.
(h) Winners are required to provide proof of identity by showing their FB profile during or before prize redemption.
(i) The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash
