TBM RED DOT FESTIVAL 2025 ("Event") is organised by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) (“TBM”) and governed by the following Terms and Conditions, including any accompanying details or guidelines as may be issued by TBM.

By participating in the Event, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

TBM reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

ELIGIBILITY

1. The Event is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above.

2. The LUCKY DRAW is open to customers who make a minimum purchase of RM800 at TBM during the Event period (26 & 27 April 2025).

3. Any fraudulent or abusive activity will result in disqualification from the Event.

(b) Receipts can be combined from:

(c) Each receipt can only be used once (will be stamped)
(d) Digital Lucky Draws will be conducted live on-screen
(e) Winners must be present at the event to claim their prizes

MISSION CARD CHALLENGE

9. Contest Period: 26 – 27 April 2025
(a) Complete 6 mission stations
(b) All missions must be completed for redemption
(c) Mission Card is non-transferable and for registered use only
(iv) Redemption limited to 1 unit per Mission Card
(v) Gifts are non-exchangeable, and while stocks last

CONTEST RULES

10. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

11. Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above, excluding TBM employees and their immediate family.

12. Each participant may win only ONE (1) prize during the Contest Period.

13. Entries outside the Event Period are automatically disqualified.

14. Non-compliant entries will also be disqualified.

15. Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

16. TBM reserves the right to modify the prize collection method following public health guidelines.

17. TBM is not liable for any prize loss, damage, or failure to deliver.

18. TBM reserves the right to feature winners’ photos on official social media platforms.
