Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer and Campaign Period
1.1. The "TBM x Samsung Q series SoundBar - Try Now Buy Later Campaign" ("Campaign") is organized by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) and is valid from 19 June to 31 July 2024 (Campaign Period). These terms and conditions, along with any accompanying guidelines issued by TBM, govern the campaign.
2. Registration
2.1. Participation is exclusively online via TBM's website. Participants must register their interest by completing the form on the Campaign landing page.
3. Free Trial Period
3.1. Participants may trial the Samsung Q series Soundbar -
HW-Q700D ("Returnable Device")
for 14 days, commencing from the date of delivery.
3.2. A RM300 is required as non-refundable installation & delivery fees to TBM upon commencement of the Free Trial Period.
4. Return of Returnable Devices
4.1. Participants must return the Returnable Devices to TBM no later than two calendar days after the end of the Free Trial Period.
4.2. The Returnable Devices must be returned in their original sellable condition, in the box, and free from physical damage.
5. Participant Responsibilities
5.1. Participants are responsible for providing accurate details for verification and delivery purposes, including valid email and delivery addresses.
5.2. Participants must pay the installation & delivery fees promptly upon request from TBM.
5.3. Failure to be reachable or to pay the installation & delivery fees within three days may result in disqualification from the Campaign.
6. Delivery and Installation
6.1. TBM will contact participants to arrange the delivery and installation of the Returnable Devices.
6.2. Participants must ensure that the delivery and installation addresses provided match those submitted during registration.
7. Device Handling
7.1. Acknowledgment of receipt by the participant marks the commencement of the Free Trial Period.
7.2. Participants assume liability for any loss or damage to the Returnable Devices until they are returned to TBM.
8. Purchase Option
8.1. Participants interested in purchasing a new unit of the Returnable Devices may do so through TBM after the Free Trial Period.
9. Liability and Indemnification
9.1. Participants agree to indemnify TBM for any loss or damage caused to the Returnable Devices during the trial period.
9.2. Failure to return the Returnable Devices in their original condition may result in participants compensating TBM for the device's retail value (RM2,999) and associated losses.
10. General
10.1. Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Amendment Clause
