Yes, of course. You’re welcome to bring your appliances to the TBM Service Centre @Old Klang Road or other TBM branches anytime. However, you do enjoy FREE INSPECTION for selected product categories during the Axtra Fix activity periods.

Repair cost may vary depending on product and type of issue due to the time, parts, and work required to resolve the issue.

You can refer to the listed table below as a reference. We strongly advise that you bring in your product for a thorough inspection so that we may identify the root cause and provide a more accurate quotation.

We can also advise you on the time required and whether it is worth repairing for your own consideration.

The checking process usually takes about 1–2 hours (subject to technician availability and queue). For internal or more complex cases, you will receive the checking result and quotation within 1–2 weeks via WhatsApp.

Thus, you may drop off your appliance and head home first. We will keep you updated and contact you once the checking is completed.

Drop-off is available at all our outlets, but please allow extra time for transfer to the service centre.

For appliances under warranty, checking will be arranged with the brand’s authorised service centre (unless we are the authorised centre) to ensure the warranty remains valid.

Yes, we accept appliances from all brands.

No matter where you purchased it, we can check the model and advise on repair options for you but sometimes it depends on the availability of parts to be used for repair.

Our service centre is located beside TBM Old Klang Road, and this is our only service centre.

However, you’re also welcome to bring your appliances to any TBM branch — we’ll arrange to send them to the service centre for checking and keep you updated via WhatsApp.

We will contact you to explain on the reasons. You can choose to collect back your item or recycle it directly at TBM. As a registered e-waste collection centre, we ensure it is handled responsibly and correctly.
