BEFORE MAKING A CLAIM

To prevent unnecessary claims, it's best to perform some basic troubleshooting before we start.

  1. Check the power plug. Is it plugged-in correctly?
  2. Check the batteries, have they run flat?
  3. Check the Troubleshoot section of the user manual. Is there a way to resolve the issue?
  4. Check for any reset buttons and test to see if the problem can be resolved.
