• ❌ Commercial use bulky appliances
• ❌ Accessories (Bracket, Adapter, Hose)
• ❌ Dry Batteries
• ❌ Incomplete or Disassembled Products

❗❗❗ Please ensure that all E-waste appliances are clean and free from garbage, food waste, and other debris before the collection process. Thank you for your cooperation.

❗❗❗ Additional fees will apply to locations within the Klang Valley that are located more than 5km from any TBM outlet.

❗❗❗ No Lift / Lift Out of Service. If there is no lift or the lift is out of service, requiring manpower to lift the item from an upper floor, additional charges will apply.

❗❗❗ Household electronic waste disposal only and excludes from businesses or companies. Commercial or industrial e-waste should follow applicable regulations or be managed by authorized services.

❗❗❗ Cancellation of the E-waste collection service is not refundable.
